Booking Process
PLEASE BOOK EARLY
To ensure we have enough time to prepare for your order, we recommend booking in advance, especially for popular summer and fall seasons.
If your date isn’t showing availability on our scheduling platform,, don’t worry - send us an email! We’ll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.
STEP 1: Reserve your Date
Head to the Book Now page to reserve your flower arrival date with a $100 deposit (this goes toward your final purchase).
The date you select is the day your flowers are expected to arrive at our studio, ideally within 3 days of your event.
The sooner we receive your blooms, the better your preservation results will be!
STEP 2: Book your Product(s)
Once your date is reserved, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email with:
Flower care and delivery instructions
Details on how to apply your deposit and place your product order
Please note: a minimum of one main piece must be ordered at least one week before your flower arrival date.
STEP 3: Review Care Instructions
BEFORE YOUR EVENT
We highly recommend reviewing the instructions sent in your appointment email confirmation before your event so you’re fully prepared for yourself (or a trusted source) to care for your blooms before, during, and after your event for the best preservation results.
If you’ll be shipping your bouquet, be sure to read through the shipping instructions in advance and gather your recommended supplies ahead of time.
This helps ensure a smooth, stress-free delivery and keeps your flowers in their best condition when they arrive at the studio.
Following these care and shipping steps is an important part of achieving the most beautiful preservation results possible!
STEP 4: Deliver us your flowers

You can ship your flowers or drop them off locally at our studio in Eden Prairie, MN.
Your confirmation email includes full delivery and packaging instructions to help keep your bouquet safe and fresh in transit.
