Social Media Giveaway - Terms + Conditions

  • Open to U.S. residents only, ages 18 or older.

  • Giveaway closes on June 10, 2025.

  • Three (3) winners will be chosen at random and announced by June 12, 2025.

  • Winners will be contacted via DM from each vendor and must claim prizes within 48 hours (by June 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST).

  • If unclaimed, prizes may be forfeited and a new winner will not be selected.

  • New clients only. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Applicable to 2025 and 2026 weddings.

  • Entrants may nominate an eligible married couple to win.

  • Prizes are transferable if the winner’s date is unavailable or they are already contracted with another vendor. It is the winner’s responsibility to arrange the transfer.

  1. Captured Blossoms

    • Grand Prize winners must purchase a floral package to claim their bridal bouquet discount.

    • If the wedding date is unavailable, the winner may claim a home arrangement instead or transfer the prize.

    • Runner-up winners will receive bouquet arrangements for their home.

    • Delivery is included within a 10-mile radius; otherwise, pickup is required.

  2. Victoria Ann (Flower Preservation)

    • Grand Prize

      • Includes a preservation worth $275 or winner may choose to upgrade to larger piece and pay difference.

      • Standard flower drying fee and any shipping costs to/from studio applies and is not included in the prize.

      • Add-on items are not eligible for the discount.

    • Runner-Up Prizes

      • May choose from:

        • Ready-made floral items (runner up 1 - set of two (2) ready-made geode shaped coasters; runner up 2 - one (1) readymade wine bottle stopper) (shipping & handling must be paid by winner or can pick up from Eden Priaire, MN studio for free), or

        • A discount off a custom preservation package worth $500 or more:

          • Runner-Up 1: $100 off main piece preservation

          • Runner-Up 2: $50 off main piece preservation

      • To redeem the discount, the winner must purchase at least one main preservation piece.

      • Add-on items are not eligible for the discount.

    • Shipping & Delivery

      • Winners are responsible for all shipping or drop-off/pick-up arrangements to and from the Eden Prairie, Minnesota studio.

    • Promotional Use

      • By claiming a prize, winners agree to allow Victoria Ann to photograph the final piece.

      • Winners may be asked to share a social media post upon receiving their piece.

  3. Beyond the Pines Photography

    • Grand Prize
      6 Hours of Wedding Photography with Megan from Beyond the Pines Photography + Video
      Valued at $4,750

      Details:

      • Winner must sign a full contract with Beyond the Pines Photography + Video to claim the prize of the 6 hours of coverage.  Additional hours may be added on at signing.

      • Winner must not be currently contracted with another photographer.

      • Wedding must take place between July 2025 – December 2026.

      • If Megan is unavailable for the winner’s wedding date, the prize can be applied toward an associate photographer from Beyond the Pines Photography at $1,500 off of a 6-hour (or larger) package.

      • Prize is transferable to another couple, but the winner is responsible for arranging the transfer and connecting the couple with Photographer.

      • Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

      • Travel fees and restrictions may apply.

      Runner-Up Prizes
      Valid for Wedding Photography Package bookings only.

      Eligibility & Terms:

      • Winners must not already be contracted with another photographer. 

      • Prize is transferable to another couple, but the winner is responsible for arranging the transfer and connecting the couple with Photographer.

      • Runner-Up winners must book a minimum 8 hour photography package with Beyond the Pines Photography + Video.

      • If Megan is unavailable, the prize value may be applied to her associate team as follows:

      Runner-Up #1: $500 credit toward an 8 hour package (not redeemable for cash)

      Runner-Up #2: $375 credit toward an 8 hour package (not redeemable for cash)
